Job description

We develop products with an unrivaled reliability that enable the media transport for the biggest live events in the world.

In your role as software development manager you will lead 10-20 experienced developers who are experts in video and audio and networking systems. You will support our software and FPGA engineers in developing the innovative products that enable our customers to deliver reliable high-quality live media across the globe.

Together with the rest of the R&D management team your responsibility is to make sure that the environment is as good it can be for our teams to deliver, that our working processes are efficient, that our continuous integration framework and infrastructure is excellent and that we can continue to recruit the best talents out there.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a team player to the bone and ready to take initiatives for both the affair as well as to contribute to the company culture. You take ownership of your projects and see them up to delivery with innovative and agile methods.

Need to have:

- Have a passion for developing agile working practices and supporting agile teams
- Be comfortable coaching people and having done so in a managerial position for more than five years
- Have a background in software development and being familiar with the development practices

Nice to have:

- Test driven development and continuous integration
- Embedded software development and/or FPGA development
- Developing products deployed in public and/or private data centers
- Live media transport
