City Manager – Stockholm (m/f)

Responsibilities

  • Management of all sales activities, targets and budget within your designated territory:
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Recruit, establish, and manage a 3-6 field sales team
  • Acquisition and management of Key Accounts .
  • Presentation of Company and Product Portfolio to customers and partners alike.
  • Regional market analysis and competitive assessment for strategy planning.
  • Implementation, as well as localization of new products, with an active effort to explore new market segments within local commerce.
  • Weekly activity and knowledge exchange with other international Quandoo Sales Managers spread out across multiple countries, as well as periodic reporting to management board on sales progress.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Ideally, you have a strong network in the F&B, Hospitality and/or Lifestyle sector.
  • You are an efficient, assertive, and tactical manager who excels in ever-changing environments.
  • You have outstanding communication skills, a distinct sales acumen and have held a leadership position before.
  • You are a persuasive business professional with fluency in English &Swedish, Additional languages a major plus.
