Right now, we are looking for IT Support Tool Developers.
I am Marja-Leena Lehmus and I am leading the End to End Management team in the Telia CPS Support and Provisioning unit. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
The Support and Provisioning unit is on an exciting change journey in improving and modernizing the Telia Company’s internal Order & Support delivery processes and tools, and we need you who are quality-focused, forward-thinking and have a customer centric focus to join this dedicated and energetic team where you will be a key player!

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?
The IT Support Tool Developer will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and usability of the ServiceNow support tool implementation regarding the Telia Company internal IT Support and Service Desk delivery for approx. 20 000 users in the Nordics & Baltics. You will work closely with support agent teams, different internal stakeholder groups and especially the agile development team, assisting in all stages of the implementation, from front-end design, to configuration and test. You are located in Stockholm.

Your Experience:
> 4 years’ experience working with ServiceNow
Experience working in an agile factory with projects and line activities (DevOps)
Experience with Design and Development of additional functionalities/ enhancement of OOB ITIL, ITSM and ITBM applications on ServiceNow based on ITIL V3 best practices
Experience in Design and Development of REST API integrations
Experience with ServiceNow mid-server implementation (including orchestration and/or integration hub)
Experience with ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management
Relevant education and experience from working with different web technologies, UX, modern (IT) support channels and/or the customer services area.
Experience in administration, configuration, creation of forms, catalogue/workflow/asset management and reports in the ServiceNow platform.
Fluent in English (verbal and writing).

Following certification are valued:
ITIL V3 Foundation
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
