Scrum Product Owner

We are looking for a Scrum Product Owner which will play a central role in the agile way of working and enthusiastically contribute to our agile transformation. We have recently started an initiative, that has the focus of improving our agility and way of working.
Responsibilities
As a Scrum Product Owner, you will together with product manager and system/software architect lead the development for our software products. Important tasks for this position are to manage a Product Backlog including requirements elicitation, decomposing, structuring and prioritization of requirements. The Product Backlog shall be synchronized with other products both in terms of feature support and roadmap timing decisions.
A Scrum Product Owner, you will provide customer and product management view of the product to the development teams. You will also assemble and channel development issues/recommendations to product management as input for the prioritization of product development path.
You will belong to our engineering department, where you will have the opportunity to build a broad network, having contacts with our product management representatives as well as with internal and external development teams. The development activities are performed by our development teams in Mölnlycke, Linköping and St Petersburg.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you are passionate about driving for results and enjoy making prioritizations and quality decisions. Communication is really the key for this position, so communication and collaboration with people needs to come natural for you.
• You have university degree in the field of engineering or equivalent.
• You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach.
• Our business environment is highly international and multi-cultural. The common language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, written and spoken.
• It’s considered as a strong merit if you have experience in areas like Scrum, requirements elicitation and management, human centered design/UX, software development and work with distributed development teams.
You don’t have to know everything from the start about our fantastic RTR radar gauge products but your enthusiasm to learn will compensate that.
