Now, we are looking to expand our Integration Services team with an engaged and talented Technical Integrations Specialist (TIS).
As a Technical Integrations Specialist, you will meet varying and fun challenges related to customer deployment and software/systems integration. The communication aspect is concerned with real-time digital communications over the Internet between our cloud services and our customer’s renewable energy assets, e.g. wind and solar power SCADA systems.
To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable working with TCP/IP, SQL, FTP, HTTP, SSH and various other digital communication protocols. In your work, you will be working closely with both the Integration Engineering team as well as our Project Managers to ensure that the digital communication aspects of our services are of the highest quality. You will also be responsible for managing projects of smaller scope from start to end together with our customers.
In your work, you are systematic and autonomous - but you also enjoy being a part of a tight-knit team. You have thorough experience with networking and the Internet protocol suite and feel comfortable assisting customers in understanding technical integration and networking details. You also enjoy the feeling of well-running systems where the bits and bytes are flowing smoothly and in perfect harmony.
This role can be based in Gothenburg, Sweden or Seville, Spain.
- You have a relevant technical education or proven professional experience
- Enjoy learning new things and working with new technology
- Experience in networking, routing and common network protocols
- Experience with Linux and Windows network stack and protocols
- Experience with SQL databases
- Independent, forward, thorough and get things done
- Analytical skills with the ability to find solutions for operational problems
- Ability to assess and learn new problem domains
