Technical Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:
·      Guiding multiple software development teams through the Agile/SCRUM process
·      Run SCRUM (or SCRUM-of-SCRUM) meetings and related activities
·      Facilitate and support the team to get things done
·      Work with product owners to prioritize and groom the backlog
·      Assist with external communication, including stakeholders and dependencies
·      Coach the team to get the most out of self-organization and enable all team members to contribute their best work
·      Track and remove blockers for the team
·      Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement and learning
Required Skills:
·      Minimum of 5 years’ experience in working in a professional software development organization, with at least 3 years direct software development experience
·      Minimum 3 years´ experience with, as well as solid theoretical and practical understanding of the Agile methodology
·      Certification as SCRUM master or similar formal education about Agile ways of working
·      At least 1 year of SCRUM master experience in a truly agile software development environment
·      Knowledge of Agile concepts, including User Stories, Backlog, Test Driven Development, Sprints, Retrospectives
·      Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Test Automation
·      Be good at motivating people
·      Be an outstanding communicator
·      Technical expertise so you can easily work with our development teams and technology experts
·      Experience in leading a technical team as direct technical manager
·      Excellent communication, documentation, time/priority management and organizational skills
·      Comfortable in collaborative, less hierarchal environments
Preferred Optional Skills:
·      Recent development experience with large enterprise software projects
·      Experience with requirements / task management systems such as JIRA, Confluence
·      Experience with defect triaging and bug prioritization
·      Product management or requirements management expertise
·      Experience in the Retail or e-Commerce industry
·      Technical expertise related to cloud services (Google Cloud, Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure)
·      Be good at influencing stakeholders
·      Able to deal with ambiguity and conflicting inputs by various stakeholders
·      Attention to detail and quality orientation
·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
·      Willingness to learn new things all the time and go slightly outside of your "comfort zone"
·      B.Sc. degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
