ETL and datawarehouse Solution Architect in Capital and Risk IT solutions
We are now looking for Solution Architect that can take responsibility for the transformation, ETL, and datawarehouse area in our unit. The transformation area solutions feed the Credit Risk reporting solution and the Parameter Estimation database. 

You will be part of a strong IT-team, working cross border and through the value chains. The environment is highly professional, with much personal responsibilities. You will report to BCIO for Capital and Risk IT solutions.

The job content
The ETL Solution Architect is responsible for that development and maintenance is done in an optimal way. Development services are delivered through offshore partners, and the Solution Architect need to have a good collaboration together with partners to ensure the right architecture.

Your responsibilities will be to secure the long term value delivery in IT for the ETL solutions you are designing and supporting, and make sure this align with the Enterprise architecture landscape. IBM Infosphere, Datastage and Teradata are strategic platforms for transforming data in Nordea. Your role will be to ensure existing and new technologies are used in an optimal way, to support the business need for new functionality, performance, reliability and cost efficiency.

We expect you to deliver IT solutions that add value for the customers, establish good professional relationships with our internal and external partners, and have high capability to deliver in time and with quality.

Competencies:

You have several years of relevant ETL experience and deep technical skills as a developer and Solution Architect. In addition, you are also proficient in Data Warehouse design and different data modelling concepts, e.g. Kimball and Inmon.

Your ability for functional understanding is strong, where previous banking experience is an advantage. You are comfortable and inspired dealing with complex business requirements and big data volumes.

Experience from working with other ETL tools in addition to Datastage and also SQL, as well as experience from different technical platforms, such as Teradata is expected.

The work includes many interactions internally and externally, why good communication skills, possibility to coach people, and well spoken and written English is necessary. We also expect that you have a relevant Bsc or higher degree.

This position is located in Stockholm. Some travel can be expected as the role and responsibilities are Nordic.
