We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Advanced Analytics & AI team in Sweden. We are determined to steer Telenor to become more and more data-driven. This role fulfills those who are motivated to use lots of data for solving business puzzles and customer problems.

What you will do
We consider and see analytics as a research effort. Therefore, we highly value curiosity, exploration, and experimentation. As a Data Analyst you will help our agile marketing teams to build and test data-driven hypotheses. In addition, you will be responsible for: 
* Customer base analysis for ideation and prove/disprove hypotheses
* Marketing campaign A/B test life cycle (Design, execution, performance follow-up and recommendation)  
* Follow up of KPIs and performance of campaigns
* Automate and enhance performance monitoring  

Who are you
* Relevant university degree (Engineering, Statistics or Physics) 
* Experience working with statistical analysis and A/B testing
* Hands on SQL experience (Python or R is a merit)
* Data visualization experience in Qlik, Tableau or similar tools
* Strong communication skills
* Personal interest and drive to learn and evolve in Analytics toward a senior business analyst role
