Design Researcher

The role is part of our expanding Design Studio. The Studio currently consists of 4 team members and now we need to hire an insights-hungry Design Researcher.

A little bit about the role

The main responsibility of the Design Researcher is being a strong link between our customers and the design of our products and services. You will closely work with our product designers, product owners, scrum teams and business developers to conduct research, and to test new products and services on our customers.

• You love gathering insights through interviews and usability tests and translating them to tangible solutions for customers
• You want to be the voice of the customer when making important design decisions
• You are comfortable writing research objectives, reports and sharing your findings in front of large audiences
• Your view is that collaboration is key to successful design
• You are passionate about sharing knowledge about usability testing and other research methods within the larger organization
• You feel that in order to get a complete picture about a design’s effectiveness, you both need qualitative and quantitative insights

Your background

• You have a few years’ experience in planning and executing usability testing and conducting customer interviews from an in-house design department or a start-up
• You have experience working on large scale projects in an agile environment
• You write and speak Swedish and English fluently
