SW Test Automation Engineer - Sales IT to Scania

Your new challenge 

Our two teams within Sales IT are working with applications and systems involving product configuration. We provide valuable info that our sales teams needs in their dialogues with customers. We also build product structures for how our sales teams can sell products worldwide.

The work environment is international, we work in a rapid pace and collaborate a lot with other teams.

At the moment, our technology stack/platforms/dev tools include: .NET Framework, .NET Core,  Angular, Visual Studio, C#, Web APIs, Jira, NUnit, SoapUI, Selenium, TeamCity or Jenkins, TFS, GitLab, AWS, SpecFlow, SpecRun and WPF User Interface among others.

In this position, you have an opportunity to take the role as a test leader for a business team performing acceptance test, develop new ways of testing, and test strategies. Also, you will be responsible for testing of the company's presale systems used by distributors around the world, who are using the system to configure the market specifying rules for our trucks and buses. Moreover, you will work with systems that are often critical for our business and have frequent communication with POs and teams.

Your profile                         

We coach our teams to become autonomous, agile and expect you to be familiar with agile methods and thrive to work in agile environment. To be a good fit, you should also be curious to learn new techniques and love to share your knowledge & ideas with others. We believe that you are a passionate SW Automation Engineer that enjoys working with TDD, high test coverage and quality.

We expect you to have several years of experience with test-driven development and continuous delivery, and of course that you are familiar with the technologies and tools that we work with. To succeed in this role we believe that you previously have coded in Microsoft .NET or Java and that you have some experience of cloud such as AWS.
