Our ambition is to create the world’s most powerful parking management tools to help empower our customers to digitalise their parking operations. To make this come true, we need a User Experience Designer to take responsibility for the holistic design process; working alongside a cross-functional team to identify customer needs, conceptualise and create user-centered design, and deliver high-fidelity mockups to our developers.

How your role would look like

You’ll be working closely with an international team of product managers and developers - both in-house and remote - to help shape the vision for the future of these services. You’ll be creating intuitive desktop-based responsive design for several services. You have a strong understanding of dashboard interface design and how to visualise complex data in a clear and engaging way. In light of this, we think you are excellent at prioritisation and setting clear expectations for the team, as well as being able to clearly communicate design decisions to the rest of the team. You’ll be working with the core design team to give and get feedback, and you are humble to the input of others.

You’ll help to bring design consistency across several products, and as you’ll be delivering high-fidelity designs at the end of the design process you have a good eye for visual design.

We believe you have...

- 1 year or more of designing user experiences and interfaces
- Experience in interviewing users and facilitating user research to support designs that meet real needs
- Ability to work successfully both in a team environment and independently
- Fluent in responsive desktop design
- Skilled at designing data visualisations and dashboards
- Have an eye for strong visual design
- Comfortable with rapid prototyping techniques
- Business-fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is not a requirement.
