For our client we are looking for a Service Desk Specialist:
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in Linux/Unix Administration
- Supporting IT systems in large scale
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Good communication skills both within the team and with customers
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Service minded

- Jenkins (with Eiffel plugin)
- MessageBus (RabbitMQ)
- ARM/Nexus (Sonatype)
- Event Repository/MongoDB (inhouse)

Responsibilities:
- Handling all parts of the IPCC-model o Incident Management o Problem Management o Change Management o Release Management o Configuration Management
- Order handling
- Alarm monitoring
- Installation and configuration of new servers
- “Follow the Sun” and OnCall duty.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT or equivalent
Min years of experience: 1 years within IT Support Basic knowledge of software development in Continuous
Integration Systems ITIL-Certification Experience working with some of these technologies: Jenkins, Rabbit MQ, Java, Nexus, Mongo DB
