This is how your role will look like

As a UX Designer you will be part of the holistic design process for the EasyPark app, working together with the design team to identify customer needs, conceptualize new designs, and deliver high-fidelity mockups to our in-house developers.

Since we are tirelessly striving to make our service the easiest and fastest way to park, you'll be together with us on the front lines to meet our users, identifying new ways to approach problems, validating assumptions, designing interactions and finally wrapping it in the best visual representation.

We are also committed to creating the best experience for finding available parking, so we need to be able to create industry-leading new experiences, understand how to design for shifts in user behaviour, and how to simplify complex navigational challenges for drivers. All of the above give shape to the exciting challenges you will help solve.

Not only will you be part of a core design team to do the research and design for our service, you will work daily alongside a Product Owner, data scientists and developers to deliver the best work possible. You’re good at understanding complex user scenarios and always bring the right context of user cases into your designs. You’re also excellent at communicating your design decisions to the rest of the team and to decide on the best implementation together with our developers. Since you’ll be delivering high-fidelity designs at the end of the design process, you have a good eye for visual design that harmonises with our visual expression.

Since we’re working at a high speed and are always experimenting to find the right way forward, you’re good at prioritisation and working in a structured and efficient way. To accomplish this you’ll bring a lot of your own experience into our team, and give constructive feedback and insights to to help shape what our service will look and behave like. At the same time you are humble to the input of others, both from your closest team as well as other stakeholders.

We believe you have...

- 3 or more years of experience working with UX design and implementation
- Strong ability to work successfully both independently and in a team environment
- Experience from working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in interviewing users and evaluating and improving user research processes
- Experience in applying user research and usability evaluation to create designs
- Interest in incorporating quantitative insights as an important aspect of moving forward with design decisions
- Experience in working with modern design tools
- Passion for collaboration
- Business-fluent in English, both spoken and written; Swedish is not a requirement
