JBoss Fuse Lead

Experience in application development using JBoss Fuse.
Extensive experience in Redhat JBoss Fuse, Jboss Developer Studio, Apache Camel, Java DSL, XML, SOAP or REST based services, Mocking and Test Automation
Experience with any open source ESB or any other product.
Experience with Enterprise Integration patterns and SOA patterns.
Dev Ops experience with tools – TFS GIT, Nexus, Jacoco, Sonarqube, MRM 
Linux shell scripting and admin skills
Maven Build scripting and PowerShell scripting.
C# Framework or basics
Experience working with Architects, Business analysts and designing solutions for service layer.
Knowledge of estimation techniques for task/project estimation
Ability to lead small development teams technically and mentor them for completion of tasks
Knowledge and exposure of working in SDLC and methodologies like water fall and Agile.

The job responsibilities for this profile would be as follows
Collaborate with business stakeholders on functional and non-functional requirements.
Leading the development team by recommending solution architecture, design, development, testing as per the LF enterprise architecture road map and suggestion.
Scrum Master and Sprint Planning, retro and backlog refinement - Requirement gathering, estimation and Work distribution
Participate in creating the implementation plan as per the project level quality plan and work on go live activities.
Respond to production issues, arrive at a solution with inputs from the stakeholders.
Build repository of knowledge for higher efficiency and effectiveness.
Leading offshore and onsite teams.
