Arbetsuppgifter:

Work tasks
As a software developer at Westpay you will get to work with development in our latest payment solutions both in our backend and frontend. The majority of our development is done in C# and Visual Studio. You are expected to be part of the development process from giving input when writing requirements and design as well as for the actual implementation work.

The development is aligned with some of the most rigorous security standards in the field of payments. Therefore, you will from time to time be required to meet with and be interviewed by third party assessors reviewing us for our compliance.

Working in this position includes:
- Software development in Android using C# in Xamarin studio and Visual studio 2017.
- Be part of creating new solutions where we challenge the market with innovation and new technology.
- Bring new ideas and thoughts on how to approach payments in a world that gets more and more mobile.
- Work with the company and the team towards even better work environment.
- Reviewing code from colleagues to ensure best possible coding quality and compliance.
- From time to time being part of projects.

Profil:

Education, experience and personal characteristics
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related technical degree
• At least three years of experience with programming in C#.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Meritorious
• Experience of C++
• Knowledge in Xamarin and Visual Studio 17+
• Experience from mobile development in Windows CE
• Experience of payment solutions
