Quinyx is the market leader in SaaS Workforce Management. We are a fast-growing tech-company that enables customers to schedule, report time and dynamically forecast optimal labor costs against sales, while maintaining a smiling workforce.

We’re now looking for a great Data Engineer to strengthen our growing Analytics Team who is interested in working with state-of-the-art data technologies and frameworks, enabling data driven decision-making, having a big impact in your everyday work.

What you'll do!

- Developing and optimizing our data pipelines, data collection, ETL-processes and data warehouse
- Work closely with data scientists, analysts, other software engineers, devops and stakeholders across the business, to build solutions and data sets to enable new insights, and help them discover new opportunities.
- Being the glue between engineering and analysis.
- Scaling systems and platforms as we grow.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the quality of our data with consideration on efficiency and performance.
- Use state-of-the-art data processing frameworks, technologies and platforms to help the team achieve success.

Skills!

- You have professional experience in developing and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, data modelling and data warehousing.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Spark, Hadoop, AWS Glue, Redshift, Kafka, AWS Cloud Tools, big data platforms or similar technologies.
- Experience designing and tuning high-performance systems.
- Experience working with data quality, test automation and version control.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills.
- Team player with an interest for analytics, machine learning and AI.
- MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent field.
