Software Integrator for Autonomous Driving Project

Job Description
We love to drive automation for autonomous driving.
You will be part of a cross-company project, in which Bosch and an OEM together develop fully automated (SAE Level 4) and driverless (SAE Level 5) autonomous driving solutions. As a software integrator, you will work in the integration team that supports the developers in making their applications run smoothly on top of the adaptive AutoSAR system running on embedded hardware. This includes the development of a sophisticated build and packaging solution that can handle the complexity of the system, automating various governance related checks in the continuous delivery pipeline, and collecting metrics from the system so developers can get timely feedback about the status of their code changes. Furthermore, the developers need guidelines or checklists as well as help with the interpretation of error messages and warnings they face when running their applications on the embedded systems.
Qualifications
You have several years of experience from integrating code on embedded devices (C/C++). Expertise in Cmake is a must, as well as fluency in scripting, preferably Python. You are familiar with Git and Jenkins. From previous jobs, you bring a deeper background from either software / system architecture or from configuration management that you can prove with your roles in development projects with a high number of variation points. You are familiar with packaging managers, ideally Conan.
We expect you to be self-sufficient and structured. You thrive in a changing environment and have constructive strategies to handle uncertainties and volatility. Good communication skills are essential.
This position requires some presence at the main site for the project in Germany, so willingness to travel about one week per month is a prerequisite.
