Connectivity Services within Shared IT Services & Governance manages the companies central and shared services for Integration Services, Identity & Access Management Services, UI/UX and Mobility.

Professional Services, a group within Connectivity Services, is delivering services & solutions for Scania's integration ecosystem. It is business critical and vital for ensuring that systems can exchange information and functionality on a daily basis. The integration area is facing a continuous increase of information exchange, along with new demands of API management, IoT, messaging, streaming and cloud services. We as a team are now in the beginning of an interesting journey to shift from an integration factory to an integration enabler, where the organisation will need our support and expertise in their integration transformation.

We are now looking for a driven, enthusiastic and forward-thinking scrum master that will strengthen our team and join us in our journey towards a value oriented organization with focus on enablement of information and functionality. Your profile

To succeed you will need extensive understanding of the business and the business value that we create. You have software development experience. You should have high interest in agile methodologies and/or way of working. You will lead the Sprint planning for the team as well as collaborate with other scrum master in joint activities.

As a Scrum master you are service minded, social and communicative. You are good at asking questions but you are also structured, systematic and have interest in details. Team-player is your middle name and you love to solve problems together with your colleagues. You also have to be fluent in English.
