Arbetsuppgifter
The main task is to keep an eye of partners around the world. You will be looking at the daily performance profile generated by our monitoring tools. Lookup data around incidents and share this data with partners so they are aware, and can solve, or explain the details around incidents. As Technical support manager The second task is to maintain and enhance our current set of tools, they are mostly web based and written in Python or Java. You will assist theirTechnical Leads with the day-to-day performance of partners. You will also document all actions with partners for keeping track of changes in JIRA. Coordinate with their Technical Leads and Deal Managers when partner changes are needed.

Kvalifikationer
SQL and Big data analytics such as BigQuery
Experience in writing software in languages such as Java or Python
Linux and shell scripts
DNS, TCP, firewalls knowledge
Fluent in english, written and spoken

You have a technology background with a passion for working with B2B relations, integrations and projects. You have working experience within a Telecom, Media, or the digital music industry.
