Have you been working as a UX designer for several years or you’ve already taken the step towards service design? Do you enjoy communicating with people from all parts of the organization, to understand the business needs and help to aim our focus towards where we should be in development? We are looking for a Service Designer who is the bridge between our UX/UI-team and the business, who leads the way and ensures that we create tangible and meaningful solutions.

What will you do?
As a Service Designer you will play a key part in the design process, from the first idea to the finished product. Together with product owners and UX/UI-designers you will lead them towards achieving the best possible user experience, while delivering high quality and business value. This means asking the right questions, analyzing, presenting and vouching for available data to stakeholders.
Who are you?
We are looking for a forward-thinking and passionate Service Designer, with great communication skills. You have the ability to give and receive feedback and contribute with positive energy. To thrive in this role, you feel comfortable speaking your mind and challenging the status quo, and you like sharing your knowledge and coach others.
Furthermore, you have:
A few years’ experience of working in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of UX as well as an understanding of UI within different platforms such as mobile apps
Fluent skills in both Swedish and English
