IT UX Specialist

Electrolux Global IT Solutions team is strengthening its focus and capabilities in the area of user experience. As a user experience specialist, you will work across different IT functions to drive and support user experience improvements. You will also work with spreading the knowledge in the area and be an advisor in user experience related matters.  
 
 What you will do   
·      Works collaboratively with IT teams to define and improve the user experience. 
·      Plan/drive/participates in short- and long term UX project with stakeholders and IT groups 
·      Develops change management, communication and training strategies and materials 
·      Designs and conducts user research  
·      Coach and educate people and organization in UX matters  
·      End user/consumer focus solutioning and to influence decision making  
·      Organize and conduct workshops  
·      Lead UX test activities through different methods  
 
 Who you are:  
·      Knowledge of user centered experience design, user experience approach, user research and design thinking  
·      Knowledge of UX tools e.g. journey mapping and wire framing 
·      Exceptional communication and presentation skills  
·      Curious, innovative and a creative thinker with a growth mindset and a can do attitude  
·      Analytical skills with a focus on creating and following up results through facts   
·      Project management and business analysis/business process skills  
·      Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
·      Strong comfort level with change, uncertainty, and ability to adapt to the environment as required  
·      Ability to facilitate workshops as well as coach and educate  
·      Strong interpersonal skills with a collaboration mindset both within and outside the immediate team
