Service Desk Agents to Tallinn

You always put the customer first and use your social and technical skills to help them solve their problems. You receive incident and service requests through phone calls, emails and our portal. You are the ticket owner for the tickets you receive and responsible for following up with them and making sure solutions are delivered.

Technical trouble shooting and/or user guidance can be divided into three areas: Operation management, Application management and Administration. We offer both entry-level and advanced Service Desk positions. We will find you a suitable role that matches your level of technical knowledge and career goals.

Familiar with the following systems and troubleshooting within them:

Microsoft Windows XP/7, Office and Outlook/Exchange
Network, VPN, mobile broadband
Printers
Active Directory
Remote program handling.
Previous work experience in a similar position and technical knowledge of other systems and technologies is to your advantage. You will be successful in your position when you have a positive attitude and are service-minded, solution-oriented and a good listener.
