• Routing & switching technologies both for central as well as distributed environments
• Software Defined Networking technologies
• Cloud connectivity
• Network security solutions in central environments (Palo Alto, Cisco)
• Wireless solutions in big global environments (Cisco and/or Aruba technologies)
• Network automation and scripting e.g. Ansible, Python etc.
• Very high seniority in terms of drive and commitment.
• We are looking for you who can Plan, Do and Execute together with the rest of the global IKEA network team
• Take lead in design and complex implementations in large scale networks
• Communicative with the ability to express yourself clearly in English

You can coordinate and direct activities to help achieve business goals that supports IKEA to grow.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Network Engineer you will belong to IKEA Digital Service Operations and be a part of our global network organisation that is responsible for development and operations of the global IKEA Network. Our network organisation consists of highly skilled engineers that secures that the IKEA network runs today and that it can meet the expectations of tomorrow. Depending on who you are and what competences and abilities you hold you will together with your colleagues be responsible for one or several of our network platforms working with development, design, standardisation, complex implementations and projects/rollouts. Our mission is to secure connectivity to all our 250 000 IKEA colleagues and at the same time develop the connectivity solutions of tomorrow by implementing automation, software defined technologies and Cloud connectivity.

You will be part of a great global Network team located in Sweden, Philadelphia, Germany and Shanghai.

This role is located in Helsingborg or Älmhult.
