Team lead & Backend Developer

Are you ready for a hybrid challenge?
One of our development teams, Wengy, is looking for their Team lead who also can take on backend development for their team that develops and maintains our offline sales web application.
Within the offline sales team we are 8 people including Developers, UX and QA working closely together to automate processes and build great user experience for our users all around the world.
You will lead the team in their daily work and own the agile development process within the team, someone the team can bounce ideas off on a daily basis on the most technical matters but who also cares about the process and the people. You will also contribute to the development by working with other developers in the team to improve our backend services. 
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facilitate and oversee day-to-day operation
Own & drive the agile development process within the team
Take ownership of technical vision
Working closely with the Product Owner
Communicate with the team about their performance 
Discuss technical challenges and collaborate with other teams

You should:
Have a solid knowledge of Node.js/javascript development and patterns
Have a solid knowledge of AWS services
Be able to facilitate technical discussions around design, processes and testing
Have a degree in computer science or similar field
Understand continuous delivery, test automation and best practices for writing and testing your code
