Description

The person would be part of the Client's UX/UI team to get insight and influence into the overall UX/UI work at The Client. This person will also be connected to one or more teams directly and will be in their daily and be responsible of creating UIs sketches and clickable prototypes for the teams applications using Sketch or Figma. We are looking for a team member with extensive experience in user interface/user experience design, web development and prototyping.

Has to have great understanding for web development, tools and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Figma, SASS etc. It is crucial that you have proven skills in communicating effectively with other team members and product owners to create a strong comprehension of the expected results and objectives. You will be working in a distributed team, so we expect you to be forward-looking, proactive, driving and enjoying working close to your customers and your team even if they are not in the room. It's important that you have proven experience working in scrum teams. You must be able to embrace change and have a strong focus on customer value.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Must be very experienced in web service design (UI/UX)
- You must have a high understanding of user flows and UX best practices
- Must have high skills and proven records in web development (HTML/CSS)
- At least 8-10 years experience in using tools for web graphic design and prototyping
- Merit with good knowledge in Sketch and/or Figma
- Merit with experience in responsive design for web apps, research and user tests
