We are now looking for a structured, driven, social and curious UX Manager who always keeps the customer in focus. As a part of the E-commerce & Digital Innovation team you will work in a fast paced environment, focused on delivering a world-class digital experience for our guests.

As a User Experience Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of a customer centric and data driven approach to Scandic’s digital platforms. You will work closely with Product owners, visual designers and developers to create a seamless customer journey that increases conversion, guest satisfaction and helps drive business goals.

Main activities and responsibilities

- Use data to inform design decisions
- Provide input for A/B tests and iterate designs based on findings
- Validate hypotheses through research and user interviews
- Organize and run usability testing sessions to validate designs
- Create wire frames, prototypes and supporting documentation
- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing the backlog based on input from research and testing
- Support the team in driving digital innovation initiatives
- Manage consultants and junior designers
- Share team successes and learnings with the wider team
- Experiment with new ways of working
- Run workshops with stakeholders

Who are you?

You enjoy designing experiments to validate their hypotheses and you love to sketch out journeys and ideas with your colleagues, comfortable in creating prototypes to communicate your ideas.

Experiences you bring and share with us

- 4 years relevant experience
- Experience from E-commerce
- Experience working with responsive web, mobile, apps, other digital interfaces
- A structured approach to managing work
- A proven history of using data to drive decision making
- Experience working with A/B testing
- Experience managing junior designers
- Good understanding of designing within an agile development methodology
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of web accessibility standards
- You have a positive attitude and are a great collaborator

Technical Skills

- Sketch
- Prototyping tools

Nice to have

Basic understanding of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
