Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

We at Scania know that our employees are our success factor. And currently we are implementing substantial changes in our business model that require us and our employees to evolve and mature our agile way of working.

The team “Vehicle to Everything (V2X) Communication for Collaborative Awareness” is responsible for the direct radio communication between vehicles and to infrastructure such as red lights. Apart from being an enabler for autonomous driving, V2X Communication is vital to platooning, coordination of vehicles in a road crossing and safety cases like forward collision warning and much more.

As a Scrum Master you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies as needed, but also coach and enable the high performance team. You will secure continuous improvement of the delivery process and assure that we have a high pace. You are used to coaching a team in adapting to change, effective decision making, ´good enough´, open and clear communication, high mutual trust, a positive atmosphere and a whole lot of fun. You will be the interface in the collaboration with organizations outside the team, as cross functional deliveries are not the exception but the rule.

In this role, you will also in parallel devote part of your time to software development as a team member where the whole team together is responsible for requirements, architecture, implementation and quality.

Tell us how you fit in! In our group we love and believe in what we do, from idea to implemented solution. If you are a curious person that believes in teams, come and join us!
