Applied Data Scientist & Solutions Architect

Due to continuous growing demand in this area, we are seeking our next Applied Data Scientist & Solutions Architect to complement and strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

What you will be doing

- Combine, explore and draw meaningful conclusions through large & complex datasets
- Acquire understanding of business obstacles to create data-driven AI solutions
- Run analytical applications and evaluate alternate models and methods
- Identify, analyze, and interpret complex patterns and trends
- Support customers in selecting and building next-gen data-driven solutions & applications
- Design, plan & execute solutions
- Support in technical presales and describe solutions to stakeholders
- Bridge the gap between technical expertise and operational/functional expertise
- Help in designing data pipelines architecture and create cloud strategy

- Strong understanding of statistics with deep experience in data mining, discovery and exploration
- Hacking and experimental design skills with focus on applied vs. theoretical aspects
- Experience with modern big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra or similar
- Proficiency with query languages such as SQL
- Experience with languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java and Scala.
- A holistic view from experimentation, prototyping to implementation of new solutions.
- 5+ years of proven track record of industrial or commercial work experience.

Some Machine Learning knowledge and experience is meriting but not mandatory for this role.
