Who We Are
Returnado is a technology-first company in Stockholm that wants to fix something all online shoppers hate - returns. We help consumers handle their returns, exchanges and reclamations, and automate the returns process for merchants.
We do this by delivering a SaaS that offers consumers an intuitive experience, and supplies merchant’s simple yet powerful tools to manage returns. Leading to happier consumers that can feel comfortable in the returns process when shopping online and increasing the profitability for our merchants.
Your Responsibilities
As a member of the Retunado core services team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our web application stack. Your work will involve consuming third-party APIs, exposing data to partners and integrating with our customers' own e-commerce applications.
We work in three-week sprints, including daily standup meetings and bi-weekly planning and retrospective meetings. We value strong attention to detail and place a large amount of autonomy on our engineers.
Ideal candidates for the position will have:
5+ years experience as a software engineer working with Java
Experience with Spring and Docker
Experience with PostgreSQL or a similar relational database
Understanding of object-oriented programming principles such as SOLID or DDD
Bonus: experience working within e-commerce or fintech.
