We’re a modern consultant company specialising in app development. Since we got acquired by the innovation group Wellstreet in 2017, we’ve hit reset and gone through some major changes. This gives us a fantastic opportunity to create an innovative company that fits the modern consultant right from the start.
Today, we’re a small but tight team and we’re looking to expand with people who are excited to build Hackberry together with us. Our new home is The Factory, located in an up-and-coming area in Sollentuna. Here we work under the same roof as a variety of exciting startups and scaleups.
What we do
We are in many ways both a common and unusual consulting company. You will have the opportunity to work in 3 different types of projects.
- As a hired consultant on-site with a customer.
- In inhouse projects linked to an external customer.
- In inhouse projects linked to startup companies in Wellstreet's portfolio.
Whether you have an on-site assignment with a customer or are in-house, we put a lot of focus on finding the right project for you so that you develop in your role. We take pride in providing a solution that suits all our employees.
What you get
We aim to build a company that we wish to work for ourselves. We offer a fixed salary and good benefits to all. There is no dependency on hours billed or such. All training is provided during paid working hours, etc. We call this consultant 2.0. No bullshit, full transparency and a place where you can focus on what you are best at without compromising your balance of life.

In order to thrive here, we believe that you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with a flat organisation. That said, since we’re consultants, it’s also important that you enjoy customer-close contact and can get up to speed with new projects quickly.
It doesn't matter if your thing is iOS, Android or cross-platform. We like Google, and when we get to choose the tech stack we try to be as close to the Google ecosystem as possible and develop using Flutter, Google firebase, GCP, etc. Therefore, it’s beneficial if you want to learn more about Flutter as well.
