A fast-growing fin-tech company looking for a UX/UI-designer

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Do you want to be part of a fast-growing Fintech startup that stands for innovation and entrepreneurship?
The fintech startup is currently on a growth journey and needs to strengthen their team with a UX-designer. The company was founded in 2016 with a vision of creating justice in society's economic structure. The idea was based on a loan service that has equal balance of power between them as a lender and the customer. Each customer sets the terms for the credit by simply swiping money in or out, change the plan, amortize freely or just end the whole loan with one swipe. In addition, the credit is completely free of fees and has one of the market's lowest interest rates. The service grows with 1000 new customers per month and targets individuals, and eventually giggsters, freelancers and smaller companies.
THE POSITION AS A UX/UI-DESIGNER
You will have a meaningful role in building product flows focusing on user-experience and customer-experience. You will be responsible for the entire UX-process from idea to result. As a UX-designer you will also be part of a supportive IT team of 6.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU
Who are interested and have knowledge in UX/UI and probably previous experience in developing wireframes, concepts and prototypes. You also have the ability to understand customer needs, business value and technical feasibility. It is an advantage if you have experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript. As a person, you need to be comfortable in an entrepreneurial, challenging and changing environment, which gives you a great opportunity to take responsibility and influence. Your role will also play an influential part in building a culture that is characterized by diversity, ownership, knowledge-sharing and community.
Your profession requires good language skills in speaking and writing English.
