The Development unit develops the software which controls, supervises and analyzes the base station functionality, which enables the company’s mobile networks around the world. This position is based in Göteborg in modern facilities at Lindholmen Science Park.

Arbetsuppgifter:

As a Software Engineer you will architect, build and maintain scalable automated data pipelines ground up. You are the expert of stitching and calibrating data across various data sources. You are working with data ingestion, data platform and product teams to understand and validate instrumentation and data flow. You develop data set processes for data modeling, mining and production as well as integrating new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing structures. In additional, you are supporting regular ad-hoc data querying and analysis to better understand customer behaviors. You understand, monitor, QA, translate and collaborate with business teams to ensure ongoing data quality. You belong to an agile cross functional team, which covers data analytics, visualization and SW development to be deployed in various products and micro-services.

Profil:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is required, master’s preferred.
• A couple of years experiences in software development in data analytics production system: Data warehousing, data and machine learning pipelines/flows, micro services/cloud, Git, Linux, CI and unit testing
• Experiance in programming languages: Python
• Experiance in one or more of the following Frameworks and Applications: Spark, Hadoop, Luigi, Redis, MapR, Tableau, Tensorflow
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Machine learning and statistics is considered a merit

The be successful in this position you have some years’ experience of Software development in the Data Analytics field. You are interested in being involved in the development of a wide range of innovative software products within the latest technology. You have a strong drive and aim for results. You work equally well individually as in a group. You have high energy levels, are willing to learn new tasks and are a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and skills with your colleagues.
