What you’ll do
We are looking for an Experienced Java Engineer to join the Service Management product cluster and the “PIE One team”, working with PIE (Product Information Exchange), an application that enables Software Download onto the cars.
In the “PIE One team” you get to join one of three co-located and cross-functional product teams, and work with continuously delivering new features and running a stable, high-quality application. You will join forces on exciting challenges ahead, such as migrating the application to a container platform and continuing the journey towards DevOps.

You and your skills
You are an Experienced Java Engineer, who has worked with a container-based application architecture. It is important that you are passionate about what you do and have a high interest in keeping up with current best practices & know and care about sound engineering practices like continuous delivery, Test Driven Development, and automated testing.

You are passionate about crafting clean code & are experienced working with modern infrastructure and tools.
You are comfortable mentoring your peers and passionate about problem solving issues & are experienced working with agile software development methods like scrum and SAFe.
You range from being comfortable to experienced with Java, Java EE, SQL Server, Oracle, WebServices (JAX-RS, JAX-WS), EJB, JSP, JSF, Angular 6/TypeScript, JUnit, Eclipse, WAS8, SVN, Git, WLP, Maven, and Jenkins.
As a bonus, you have experience from diagnostic applications, car communication and the automotive aftermarket.
