Audio developer

Moodelizer is a rapidly growing sound-tech start-up with newly launched products and unique music technology. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented engineer to research and work within the audio space. We are based in Stockholm, Sweden but now expanding to SouthEast Asia.
The candidate will join our developer team and help grow the company together with developers, designers, marketers and music producers. The team is looking for talented engineers who are passionate about building audio software products for our customers and care about overall user experience. You will be revolutionizing the audio experience for future audio technologies.
Key Qualifications
Extensive experience in audio software development
Experience developing software in at least one of C++, Juce, Objective-C, Swift, Java (Android), Python
Strong problem solving and debugging skills along with a diligent mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Dedicated learning and a passion for learning new technologies
Experience working with low level system APIs is highly desirable
Expertise in audio signal analysis, subjective/objective audio quality assessment and psycho- acoustic models.
Expertise in exploiting characteristics of human auditory perception and digital signal processing schemes in developing algorithms for audio applications.
Experience in developing bit rate efficient and scalable audio coding algorithms.

Description
As part of the audio software team, you will develop and implement novel compression algorithms for enabling the next generation of smartphone products. Developing cutting-edge software technologies with next-generation hardware. This is a high visibility job that involves a deep understanding of what everyone on the team is working on. The successful candidate combines a love of iOS/Android and Audio with a strong dedication to product quality and reliability. Excellent communication and collaboration are a must, as you will be asked to work closely with team members and other engineering teams on the customer side.

You most likely have an interest in music. You are a humble team player but have no problems taking your own initiatives. You are fluent in English and working with a global product excites you. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to be part of a smaller entrepreneurial team.
Education & Experience
BS or MS in CS, EE, or related, with an interest in digital audio
