Our 2nd line support team is now seeking for a brilliant new team member with a passion for IT and new technology. Join the team in Halmstad which is a part of our highly regarded Customer Experience department.
As member of our integration support, you will enable partners to deliver integrated solutions to our mutual customers. You will be working on improving the cash register integration and certification process to facilitate efficient partnerships. You will also play an integral role in facilitating the rollout of our terminal software releases as the integration between the partners software and ours is tightly connected.
It´s important that you have great communication skills and a team player approach as well as a strong drive and problem-solving personality to be successful in this role.

Your main tasks will be:
Support Key Account Managers with technical expertise when building partnerships
Support partners during integration process of their cash register application to our payment terminals
Be the cash register integration partner’s main technical contact, during the integration process
Certify cash register integration
Ensure the solution can be sold to customers in a functional configuration
Support Customer Support Agents with technical expertise about cash register integrations
Facilitate and enable the rollout of new terminal software releases

We are looking for a self-starter whose key capabilities include:
A team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
Strong drive and proactive: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
Problem-solving and good analytical skills
An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with a seamless blend of professionalism and friendliness
Truly flexible: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat

Qualifications required
Programming skills in C#
University degree or equivalent in Computer Science or similar area
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral

Skills in other programming languages
Proven work experience from the Fin-tech industry
Proven work experience with serial communication between devices
Proven experience with working in project form
