The telecom market is undergoing rapid development, both in Sweden and internationally. The use of services in the fixed and mobile networks is steadily increasing. AFRY is the independent consultant partner that offers comprehensive expertise within telecommunication, data and radio networks and we support our clients throughout their systems entire life cycle, from analysis to decommissioning.
To our business area connected products in Stockholm we’re looking for skilled software developers with experience and/ or interest to work within the telecom domain. Are you the one?
What will you do?
Do you want to be part of the exciting 5G development? For upcoming assignments with products on the absolute cutting edge of technology, we’re now looking for a number of talented embedded software developers.
Examples of assignments is within development of advanced test tools, radio software, baseband software, IoT and much more. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working.
We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. In your role as SW Developer you will develop high-quality software meeting telecom standards

Who are you?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electronic engineering, telecommunications, embedded systems or equivalent field
Strong programming skills in C
Programming skills in C++, Java and/ or Python
Linux
Experience in agile methodology
Fluent in english, swedish is a plus!
Experience within wireless communication and/ or telecom is seen as meritorious
