We are looking for an outstanding Tech Lead to join our Software & Architecture team at the Semcon HQ in Gothenburg!
In this role you will be given the opportunity to build our Embedded Solutions offer together our customers ranging from small startups to global companies. You will take on the role as an expert within our team of embedded developers and help our customers to take their products to the next level.
Our challenge is to advice and support our customers with new technology within automotive, defense, industry and medtech in an ever changing world. Important paradigms such as connectivity, electrification, automatisation, AI etc. puts new demands on our customer’s products.
Semcon's offer within Embedded Solutions includes developing the entire product with GUI, HW, SW, Sensors, Actuator’s, Power, Mechanics etc. We have a team of specialists with all the competences needed to make great products come alive. We are also working with solutions within connectivity, cloud, web and apps.
About you
We believe that you have a relevant academic degree and at least five years of experience working with micro controllers, real time systems, embedded Linux etc.
- You are passionate about embedded and intelligent systems
- You have strong skills in C / C++
- Ability to lead complex software projects
- You know how to work with troubleshooting and debuggers for embedded systems
- You are comfortable using microcontrollers and embedded processor platforms
- The desire and ability to grow the people around you
It’s a merit if you have any of the below skills or interests
- You enjoy working with system architecture, safety critical systems, power management
- You are interested in wireless communication such as 3G/4G, bluetooth and wifi
- You have experience using agile methodologies, for example scrum, test driven development and CI
We also belive that you
- Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- Have a driving license
