Are you a System Architect with experience in Microsoft environment (.NET, Azure, Episerver), who wants to work more as a Solution Architect?Scandic is expanding and are looking for a Solution Architect who wants to be part of and shape how Scandic works with architecture!

YOUR WEEKDAY
You will have the responsibility to develop and recommend the architecture for solutions in the field of "Data & Development", which focuses on the data analytics platform, web, app and API layer with associated integrations - Overall, Scandic is conducting a tough digitalization regarding web and app, with a great focus on customers. You will have great opportunities to influence the role as Scandic is at an early stage in architectural control. You will partly work operatively in projects and develop the solution architecture, but there is also a more strategic part where you will develop a long-term roadmap for the architecture. You will work close with colleagues in the team, in a slim organization where you actually can see results of your work! Example of tasks:

- Lead workshops with specialists from business areas; capture requirements, document, design solution and present in "Architecture Review Board".
- Ensure that development takes place in line with strategies, target architecture and roadmap.
- Visualize and communicate business value with solutions to stakeholders.
- Working with models, capability maps and documentation on architecture; work with principles and guidelines for the area.
- Analysis of trends, new technologies and applications to find opportunities for the business.
- Continuous Life Cycle Management of systems and platforms (web, app, api) - ensure that Scandic is one step ahead.
- Reviews of other people's solutions.

WHO ARE YOU?
We think you are a System or Solution Architect with experience of working in the Microsoft environment (.NET, Azure, Episerver),who wants to work more as a solution architect – you have had more overall responsibilities in certain projects/deliveries and thus has been involved in architecture/project forums. You are used to design application-information-integrations and - process models as well proposing technical solutions and design of requirements specifications. You have experience of working agile with web systems or apps (s) with many integrations. We see that you have an academic education or similar.

As a person you are analytical and structured with ability to get into complex architecture and explain and visualize problems – you are solution oriented. Further you are communicative with good leadership qualities - you have the ability to gather people and hold together many stakeholders, lead workshops and run projects.
