Web Manager in Gothenburg!

Poolia is looking for a Web Manager for one of our clients. You will be part of a marketing team with an exciting challenge to build a new digital platform. As a Web Manager you will drive the ongoing creation and maintenance of digital interfaces such as web, apps, portals and e-commerce. For this, you will use Sitecore, WordPress, Stibo STEP etc. It’s a temporary full-time assignment, during the period March-December 2020. Location for the position is in Hisingen (Ringön), Gothenburg. We are looking for a driven Webmaster to join our Global Marketing Team. This will be a key role in building and creating content for our new Digital Business Platform that will be rolled-out during 2020. You will be responsible for the day-to-day creation, maintenance and enhancement of different digital interfaces, such as web, apps, portals, e-commerce etc. This includes master data and marketing content in systems such as Sitecore, WordPress, Stibo STEP etc.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
• Populate product and marketing content and data in several digital touchpoints for our different brands; web
sites (Sitecore, WordPress), e-commerce channels, apps, campaign pages, customer portals etc.
• Test new features, create tickets and follow-up on bugs/issues, be a service-minded problem solver
• Communicate progression to business stakeholders and internal IT as well as suppliers of different software
• Conduct web analysis, e.g. through Google Analytics
• Keep our MDM (Master Data Management) system up-to-date with product information (text, pictures)
• Measure and report performance of relevant digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce against pre-set
goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Creating web surveys to collect feedback from website visitors

Qualifications;

• University degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing and digital commerce (min 3-5 years), preferably with global
brands.
• Experience of omni-channel marketing.
• Experience in CMS, Sitecore and/or WordPress.
• Experience in Sitecore Content hub is a plus.
• Experience in master data management and PIM systems.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Experience from working in a global environment and cross-functional team setup.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities;

• Proven skills in digital marketing and/or digital commerce.
• Deep knowledge of CMS systems (Sitecore and WordPress).
• Technical background is an advantage, e.g. understanding of architecture, integrations etc.
• Good understanding of master data systems (Stibo STEP) and marketing-PIM.
• Good understanding of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills & good team player.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
