Description

The Customer are in need of a experienced data engineer for their Analytics & Automation team to work with them, primarily on Analytics use cases within Nordic Strategy Solutions.

As part of Analytics and Automation team, work on use cases related to business data from various diverse sources collected in data platform and assist data scientist, business stakeholders with insights from the data.

The data engineer /backend developer will help out in day-to-day tasks by developing data pipeline with good knowledge and hands-on experience in AWS stack and prior experience working in data lake project. Furthermore the developer can take on ETL related tasks when procuring new data sources and help product owner, data scientist and business stakeholder with data prep and exploration activity.

Mandatory competence and experience:

Required hands-on experience and good knowledge in:

- AWS stack (Cloudformation, Athena, S3, Kinesis, Lambda, SQS, Aurora, Glue)
- Serverless Framework
- Typescript
- Python
- SQL
- Agile way of working
- Have Master or bachelor degree in computer science engineering or relevant field

Preferred competence and experience:

- ML
- BigQuery
- ElasticSearch stack
- Lerna
- React
- Seniority/Experience Level
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering activity
