You will get the chance to make real impact on the On-board Diagnostic Platform core development, and work in an international agile team with leading-edge technology!

What you’ll do
You will lead and contribute in software development and verification in cooperation with your fellow software developers, architects and function owners in a both creative and technical way with a holistic mindset. You will be part of a cross-functional team, there your main task is to develop software components from concepts described by python concept code, requirements, models or use cases.

You will also be part of the concept work for the new fault manager and find solutions for the implementation. You will play an active role in define our software verification strategy as well of test case specification and documentation. You will lead changes and take strategic decisions even though ‘when’, ‘what’ and ‘how’ are not fully defined.

You and your skills
We see that you have a master’s degree in computer science or equivalent in experience, in addition to that you’ll need a couple of years of software development experience. You have a very good knowledge and great interest of programming in Python, C ++ and experience of working in Linux, both as target platform and as development environment. You have achieved an expert-level of knowledge in software creation.

We see that you have previous experience within the automotive industry and are comfortable using AUTOSTAR. You possess knowledge in embedded/engine control systems or in designing software algorithms, preferably you have built highly scalable architectures before. You hold a Driver’s License B and are fluent in English.

As a person, you always keep a positive attitude and are self-managed, in order to fully succeed you need to be well organised, communicative and possess skills to guide and train your more junior colleagues. The agile way of working is natural to you and thus the importance of collaboration, curiosity and ability to respond to change.
