Our global organization provides advanced technical product support services to our global customers and partners. As a member of this world wide team, you will help troubleshoot, debug and solve problems that may arise during the use and implementation of solutions by external and internal customers using our products.

You will work as a distinguished member of the international supportteam, and remotely assist customers worldwide. You will have a special focus on issues related to server-side functionality of our platform, which means you will e.g. be working with authentication, security, load balancing, databases, etc. You will work closely with the company's development, quality and consulting departments.


You have a passion for computers and IT and probably started exploring computers and software long before your formal education. You are naturally curious and always stay up-to-date with the latest technologies. You like challenges and problem solving, and you strive for great results. You are a good team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientated attitude.

Desired Skills & Experience

o A degree in computer science, software engineering, IT or related subjects
o Experience in a relevant IT/software position (e.g. technical support, system administration and/or software development)
o Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Knowledge and skills in some or several of the following areas:

o Windows administration
o TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, Proxy, Load balancing
o Network troubleshooting – application logs/pcap
o LDAP, NTLM, Kerberos, Active Directory
o Java, JSP, Tomcat
o Microsoft IIS, ASP.NET
o SQL, Oracle, SQL Server
o Linux / Unix administration
o Cloud computing
o C#, JavaScript, (Iron)Python
o Data Mining, Visualization, Usability, Big Data
o Mobile computing / Mobile platforms

Personal skills & other

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Enjoy working with people
o Strong customer orientated attitude
o Comfortable with a high-volume workload with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
o Passion for learning new technologies
o Proven capability to own, drive and take responsibility
o Ability to work in an international multi-site environment
o Fluency in English (written and spoken)
