Automation & DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a software developer with passion for automation. With an innovative mind and excellent troubleshooting skills you can make a difference in many of our critical projects.

Your role

You will be a member of the engineering team responsible for our delivery pipeline. This is an important area, involving both small and large projects, creating a useful development environment with great performance. To make this happen, you will collaborate with different stakeholders such as project managers, developers, suppliers, IT and line managers. When you see an area of improvement, you and your team will get it done.

Tasks will include:

* Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of our systems
* Design and implement new solutions
* Integrate and verify specific system requirements
* System configuration and management
* Identify, sequence, and prioritize tasks in consultation with the Team/Projects
* Troubleshooting

Your profile

To thrive in this role, you are a self-motivated person with great communication skills. You are used to efficiently collaborating with team members as well as other stakeholders. You are structured and have a confident mindset enabling you to adapt to circumstances.

Required skills:

* Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science, or another technical field
* Minimum three years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
*

Experience with complex software systems
*

Experience with Linux or UNIX operating systems

Desired skills:

* Experience with Docker, Artifactory, Git, Jenkins etc.
* Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA
* Experience in working within the AGILE software development methodology
* Experience in programming in Python

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
