Product Manager Customer API Solutions 
Job description
As Product Manager for Customer API Solutions within the Epiroc Customer Experience Solutions organization it is your overall mission to define, drive and develop products and services related to customer facing API solutions with a “customer obsessed” philosophy. 
Based on strategic input from customers, end users, UX and business teams, develop plans that ensures we deliver services that are relevant and that are state of the art with a frictionless customer experience at heart. You will also support and collaborate on developing new strategies related to your product offerings with stakeholders within Epiroc as well as having a solid knowledge on the customer needs and stay informed of what our customers expect from us. 
You have responsibility to: 
* Act as the forefront person for our customer API solutions externally and internally with support of related initiatives.
* Be responsible for the product offerings related to customer facing API solutions.
* As Product owner ensure that the delivery team delivers efficiency according to plans in collaboration with the scrum team lead.
* Research emerging technologies and trends within your area of ownership and actively analyze and follow up on product use by measure and customer feedback.
* Be responsible for the overall support offering regarding customer API solutions. And work in close collaboration with relevant teams and act stakeholder in demand management towards defining future needs.
* Create the Epiroc overall roadmaps for customer facing solutions and services by having the ability to lead and manage change management activities within Epiroc.  

Location
This position can be based either in a world class innovation environment in the central parts of Stockholm, at one of our sites abroad close to our customer base or at the heart of our core development in Örebro. Travelling will be required in this position.  
Mission
Your mission is to be part of a team responsible for customer experience solutions within Epiroc and have product ownership of customer API solutions, such as API solutions to enable customer integration with fleet data.

As a person, you´re well organized with a good structure and ability to work independent as well as in teams and a strong personal drive for testing, learning, exploring and finding better ways.  We also see that you have strong oral/written communication and presentation skills, and are able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical peers and management staff. 
Requirements
University degree in relevant field or similar through experience is required. You have very strong knowledge of system integration technologies and best use cases for the same.  In this role, you need to have strong knowledge of modern API solutions, services and architecture end-to-end. You also need knowledge and experience of how to conceptualize ideas and turn in to products including business models, strategies, product plans, marketing and sales. A strong knowledge of various system integration technologies is necessary. You are comfortable in working in agile teams and you are fluent and professional in English.
