What you will do 
You as our Agile Team Lead will lead and coach a squad of about six developers, solution architect and product owner working with DevOps, taking an end-to-end responsibility of the health and well-being of our microservices. You will collaborate with cross-functional product development teams and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. 

As an Agile Team Lead you will:  
* Grow a healthy, collaborative, continuously improving engineering culture drawing on an Agile mindset 
* Coach the product owner to focus on outcome and customers when managing the product and product backlog. 
* Give enriching feedback within and outside your team  
* Actively support the squad to deliver value effectively 
* Coach squad and individuals facing challenges related to how they work together 

Who are you 
We are looking for an agile team lead with knowledge and hands on experience of software development from idea to production and beyond. 
* You are a people person with great communication skills and you are not afraid to challenge yourself and your colleagues 
* You excel at facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams towards a DevOps mindset of rapidly delivering high impact, high quality software in a sustainable fashion 
* You are always striving for improvements and love to understand what your squads pain-points is to mitigate them 
* You know the agile principles and you have a toolbox of methods and techniques ready to support the daily routines within the squad  
* You have several years of experience in managing successful team deliveries in roles such as scrum master, team lead or similar 
* You have knowledge and hands on experience preferably from web development and .net Core. Experience in cloud computing is a plus 

To be successful in this role we also believe you:
* Care about learning new things and improving upon existing challenges 
* Are comfortable with and can help guide others to deal with situations of conflict, ambiguity, and uncertainty 
* Have experience of working in the border between fully agile teams and key stakeholders that are more used to traditional development methods like waterfall, and have strategies to sell agile in a way that is convincing to them as well. 
* Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, coordinating dependencies with other squads
