Who are we?
Svea is an entrepreneurial company providing a vast scope of financial services to our customers across Europe. We have just launched our new disruptive bank for small- and medium businesses and you will be working quite a bit within this businessarea! This is just one of the new exciting things we do with the intent to shape tomorrows fintech.
Joining the designteam here in Solna, you will be part of a creative team with a big passion for design and user experience. You will work closely with both UX designers, product owners and developers, with a great variety of tasks.

What will you do?
As a UX/UI designer with focus on Apps, you will have the opportunity to be innovative and create beautiful, custom-made solutions that impact thousands of users! We create tailor-made and scalable solutions to fulfill (and exceed!) the needs of our customers, and as part of our designteam you will exchange knowledge and ideas with the other designers.
In this role you will be the bridge between development and business, and play a key part in the process of creating smart and user-friendly products. You will be responsible for medling and decisionmaking in terms of design versus development. To help identify user needs you will use available data and conduct research and workshops with your team and stakeholders, in order to achieve the best possible user experience. Furthermore you will work closely together with our App-developers (native iOS and Android) in order to create a designsystem, where you will have a crucial role in determining where the brand and native development meet.
Who are you?
We are looking for a forward-thinking and passionate UX designer with a real passion for Apps, and great communication skills. You are a design-thinker, but also have a good understanding of business value and what it takes to create sucess in all aspects. We think you like to be in an influencial role, where you get the opportunity to really make an impact and see your ideas become reality. At the same time you need to be humble and a good listener, since this is an essential trait of the culture in our designteam. You also have:
- Extensive experience of working in a similar role towards iOS and Android Apps specifically
- Great understanding of UX and UI utilising Apple Human Interface and Material design
- Experience of working with wireframes, mockups and prototyping
- Knowledge of how to work with Adobe XD, Zeplin, Sketch, Abstract, Marvel or similar programs
- Experience working with research, sketches, testing and reviews
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
