UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an outstanding UI and UX Designer with a passion for creating great software.

You will work closely together with the CPO, Product Owners as well as our team of senior developers to make our vision come alive.

Challenge: Build the next generation e-commerce platform using the latest technology to achieve our bold vision of becoming the number one distributed ecommerce platform.

Reports to: CPO (Chief Product Officer)

Location: Stockholm, Blasieholmen, in our great seafront office.

Travel: Yes, from time to time to visit our development offices in Poland and Barcelona.

About Tipser
Tipser helps to monetise audiences on traffic platforms, market places, and any other destination with many visitors, with embedded e-commerce. Tipser also helps merchants reach out with their sales from their own platform to multiple popular internet destinations.

Our customers are the major media houses and brands in Scandinavia, Germany, France, UK and the US. Our international expansion will continue during 2020, so more countries will come.

Our vision is to empower other sites to run (distributed) commerce on their own platforms; including shopping carts, checkout, payment as well as serving real time statistical data. We want to be the transactional backbone for anyone that wants to sell anything on their site.

We synchronise millions of products from thousands of merchants into one product catalog from which customers can start building their own on-demand marketplace that will be integrated on their own site.

- Quality - The UI / UX Designer must have high personal standards and always work to deliver the very best product.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with transdisciplinary teams
- In your work, you have a human-centered design process with experience from qualitative user testing and letting quantitative data guide your design decisions.
- You are open to feedback from customers and internal stakeholders in order to ensure your work is the best possible solution for the users.
- You have a strong understanding of interaction design, brand design, and user experience and have great visual design skills.

Experience
- Experience in UX/UI design with a minimum of 3 years professional experience.
- You have an MA education background of transdisciplinary design, interaction design or similar design field.
- Great at using design software like Adobe XD / Sketch, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience in a fast-growing B2B/SaaS and/or e-commerce is seen as a big plus.
- You have a strong online portfolio demonstrating a broad range of work.
- Fluent English both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
- Craft and prototype digital user interfaces for the digital product space.
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Work in close collaboration with the front-end, product, and marketing teams to provide elegant solutions to UX and UI challenges.
- Deliver high-quality concepts and prototypes, knowing when pixel-perfect attention detail is required, and when low-fi sketches will get the job done.
- You’ll be developing and executing user research and insights, create and deliver concepts, personas, storyboards, user flows, and construct functional prototypes.
- From time to time, help the marketing team with the brand’s digital and print assets.
