We are currently hiring a Client Support Account Manager, who will be responsible timely and qualitative support to our merchants, reporting directly to the Manager of Client Support.

Responsibilities

- Deliver timely and qualitative support to clients.
- Help the integration team taking new clients live in a timely and qualitative way.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
- Apply the defined support processes for all support errands.
- Participate in internal projects to supply requirements from a Client Support perspective.
- Contribute to developing and improving the payment services, the support processes and the overall client satisfaction.
- Training of new team members
- Assist Sales with client related projects, meetings and business reviews.
- Contribute to developing and improving the Client Support department and the company as a whole.

Qualification Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university education within relevant area.
- Knowledge of and experience from working within a customer oriented environment.
- Knowledge of and experience from working with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with SQL and Linux is an advantage, but not required.

Language Skills

Excellent written and verbal language skills in English is required, including the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with others. Fluency in Swedish is preferred, but upon other relevant language skills not required.

Other Skills

You will need an excellent ability to handle different tasks simultaneously and being flexible while continuing to deliver high-quality results. The role requires you to work in an organized, structured and accurate way. You perform well independently as well as in teams, and have the knack to handle different types of people in different situations, in a calm and focused way.
