Stratiteq helps companies and organizations become sustainable data-driven businesses through delivery of technology and strategy implementation for smart decision-making. THIS IS THE JOB
As software craftsperson at Stratiteq you will develop and implement solutions for our clients.
We manage innovative projects in complex system environments, which makes work as a developer both challenging and fun. In order to succeed, you will be, equipped with the best of toolboxes based on Microsoft's framework and technologies.
What is distinctive about this role is that you will be member of a team working with Skånetrafiken’s prestigious ticketing system, which in recent years has won and been nominated for several awards. The system is part of Skånetrafiken's vision to establish world-class public transport.
The project suits us well, because we find that companies and organizations, that offer products and services that strongly contributing to a sustainable society, are extra interesting.
YOUR WAY TO BE
You have a deep understanding of the methods and patterns that transform a series of instructions into a fully functioning system which is both easy to maintain and develop further. You will be in good hands, the project at Skånetrafiken uses both agile methodology and test-driven development.
To succeed as a developer continuous learning is crucial. At Stratiteq we learn from each other, sharing experience from different projects for example, brown bag sessions, internal conferences or external training. Everything moves extremely fast in developer community, and you always need to keep up and stay tuned for what`s next. That means that you will be responsible for your own education allocation and budget.

SKILLS THAT MATTER
Some knowledge and experience are more relevant than others. In this case, we count on:
- Bachelor within Data Science, or equivalent
- 5 years within the IT consulting business
- Agile project membership
- Custom software development
- Visual Studio, C#, CSS, Javascript and Git
- Fluent Swedish and English, in speech and writing
