Stratiteq was founded in Malmö 2004. Since then, we have been on a successful journey and made a true impact on the market. Although the majority of our clients have been in southern Sweden, companies in Stockholm have always made up a significant part of our sales and revenue.
In 2016 we took a step towards Stockholm establishment through recruitment on site and workplaces located in Gamla Stan - for the benefit of both clients and partners, such as Microsoft. Now we want to get ready for the next leap which means both finding new talented developers and moving to a bigger office at Vasagatan.

THIS IS THE JOB
As Solution Architect at Stratiteq you will be an important part of creating the solutions for our clients. You will be a central figure when it comes to create client solutions and enlighten the clients on the digital transformation that lies ahead. You will be a part of the whole process from pre-sales, pilot studies, solution propositions to development, implementation and handover. You will also be a part of multiple projects and work both inhouse and at the clients office to guide and be committed in the projects.
In order to succeed, you will off course be equipped with the best of toolboxes based on Microsoft's framework and technologies.
YOUR WAY TO BE
You have a deep understanding of the methods and patterns that transform a series of instructions into a fully functioning system which is both easy to maintain and develop further. You will be in good hands, we work with both agile methodology and test-driven development.
To succeed as an architect continuous learning is crucial. At Stratiteq we learn from each other, sharing experience from different projects for example, brown bag sessions, internal conferences or external training. Everything moves extremely fast in developer community, and you always need to keep up and stay tuned for what`s next. That means that you will be responsible for your own education allocation and budget.

SKILLS THAT MATTER
Some knowledge and experience are more relevant than others. In this case, we count on:
- Bachelor within Data Science, or equivalent
- 5 years within the IT consulting business
- Agile project membership
- Custom software development
- Visual Studio, C#, .Net and Git
- Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
MORE QUALIFICATIONS
Your application gets an extra star for knowing Microsoft Azure and if you have any experience as an architect.
